Ingredients:
01. Olive Oil                      10ml
02. Vinegar                       25ml
03. Salt                             1pinch
04. Pepper                       1pinch
05. French Mustard         2oz
06. Sugar                        To test

Method:
Mix together vinegar, salt and fresh ground pepper. Add oil and whisk briskly to from and emulsion use as required.
