Ingredients:
01. Chicken Bones  1kg
02. Onions              1pcs (M)
03. Carrots              1pcs (M)
04. Bay Leaf            1 leaf
05. Garlic cut in half  ¼ pcs
06. Black Pepper      5/6 pcs
07. Ginger                1"
08. Salt                    1 pinch
09.Water                  5 ltrs

Method:
Chop the chicken bones and wash 3 times in cold water place in a pan. Chop the carrots and onions into mirepoix, wash and place in same pan. Add the bay leaves and pepper, cover with water. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for couple of hours.
