Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
01. Chicken Stock        1 ltr
02. Tomato Peury        ½ cup
03. Garlic                      1 tbs fry
04. Butter                     50gm
05. Plain Flour            100gm
06. Salt                         To test
07. Sugar                     2 tbs
08. Peeper                   2 pinch
09. Milk                        100ml
10. Milk Cream           50gm

Method:
Hit the butter into sauce pan. Make roux with flower, then add chicken stock, tomato, peury, garlic, salt, sugar, peeper. Cook it 3/4 minutes and add milk and milk cream. Check test then serve with hot.
