Ingredients:
01. Mix Vegetable         1kg
02. Onion            2pcs
03. Black Pepper        4/5pcs
04. Bay Leaf        2leaf
05. Garlic Cut Half        1pcs
06.  Tomato        2pcs
07. Ginger        ½pcs
08. Salt            1pinc
09. Water            5Ltre

Method:
Chop all vegetables (mirupoix) and wash 3 times running water, then place in the pan 5Ltre cold water. Add the bay leaves and pepper corn. Cover with and bring boil, reduce the heat, simmer for 1 hour cooking.
