Ingredients:
01. Potato               500gm
02. Milk Powder      75gm
03. Sugar                2tbs
04. Salt                   To test
05. Milk Cream        4tbs
06. White Pepper    ¼tbs

Method:
Put the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Taste, and potatoes until tender about 20 minutes, cooked, add salt, bring water to a boil over high heat.

Meanwhile, make a boat shape out of aluminum foil add garlic cloves. Salt and pepper (to taste), and drizzle with oil . Seal foil and roast until the garlic nicely caramelized, approximate 30 minutes. In a small saucepan over low heat until hot half-and-half heat.
