Ingredients:
01. Fillet Betki Fish               500gm
02. Bread Crumbs               100gm
03. Egg Beaten                   1Nos
04. Lemon Juice                  2tbs
05. White Peeper Powder    ½ts
06. Flour                              ½Cup
07. Salt                               To test

Method:
Marinade fillet of fish with lemon juice, pepper and salt for half an hour. Deep fillets into flour wash beaten egg dredge in bread crumbs. Drain briefly on kitchen roll. Serve hot with chips and tartar sauce.

History of Fish and Chips
