Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
01. Chicken Stock            1 ltr
02. Boneless Chicken      200gm (Cube Cut)
03. Garlic Chopped          1tbs
04. Butter                            50gm
05. Plain Flour                  100gm
06. Salt                               To test
07. Sugar                           2tbs
09. Milk Cream                 50gm
10. Milk                             100ml


Method:
Hit the butter into sauce pan. Make roux with flower, then add chicken stock, boneless chicken, garlic, salt, sugar, peeper. Cook it 3/4 minutes and add milk and milk cream. Check test and serve with hot.
