Cream Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
01. Mushroom                    450gm
02. Onion    (Chopped)     1nos
03. Garlic (Crushed)          ½tbs (Fry)
04. Butter or Margarine     50gm
05. Plain Flour                   50gm
06. Milk                               300gm
07. Chicken Stock            600ml
08. Salt & Pepper             To test

For Garnish
09. Cream                           150ml
10. Parsley (Chopped)     1tbs

Method:
Thinly slice the mushroom. In a sauce pan, cook the onion and garlic in the butter or margarine until softened. Add the mushroom and cook gently for a few minutes. Stir in the flour. Gradually blend in the milk and stock. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Stirs the soup frequently to ensure a smooth consistency.
Pour into soup bowls. Garnish the soup with a swirl of cream and sprinkle with parsley.
