Ingredients:
01. Potatoes                500gm
02. Mayonnaise           3tbs
03. Onion                     1pcs (M) ¼ Slice Cut
04. Parsley                   ½tbs
05. White Pepper        ¼ts
06.Lemon Juice          ½ts
07. Sugar                    ½tbs
08. Salt                        To test

Method:

Potatoes peels and cutting into chunks. Cook in a pan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes of until tender. Place in cool after drained the potatoes. Mix together rest of all ingredients. Pour over the potatoes and mix well. Keep the potato salad in a serving bowl and serve with cold meats or quiche.
