Gravy Sauce (Curry Sauce)

Ingredients:
01. Onion                  1kg
02. Tomato                5pcs
03. Potato                  200gm
04. Ginger Paste       1½tbs
05. Garlic Paste         1½tbs
06. Oil                         500ml
07. Chili Powder         2tbs
08. Turmeric Powder    1tbs
09. Cardamom              6pcs
10. Cinnamon                2stick
11. Coriander Powder    1tbs
12. Cumin Powder          1½tbs
13. Bay Leaf                   3pcs
14. Carrots                    150gm
15. Cloves                    6pcs
16. Five Mix                 ½tbs
17. Star Spice             ½pcs

Method:

  • Boiled the onion, potato, carrot then blend.
  • Boiled the tomato and take a saucepan on the stove add the oil.
  • Add the ginger, garlic, chili powder, turmeric powder, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin powder, star spice, five mix and rest of other spices.
  • Fry for 25 minutes when the oil come up, take it.
  • Mix the blended onion, potato and carrot the it ready to use for curry. Enjoy!
