Ingredients:
01. Prawns (Medium)    400gm
02. Ginger Paste           1tbs
03. Garlic Paste            1tbs
04. Green Chilli             1tbs
05. Salt                         To test
06. Ajino Moto              ¼tbs
07. Lemon Juice           ½tbs
08. Black Pepper         ¼tbs
09. Soya Sauce            1tbs
10. Coriander Leaf        ½tbs
11. Egg                         2pcs
12. Bread Cream          To need
13. Oil                           For deep fry

Method:

  • Take a bowl, put into prawns and all ingredients without egg, bread cream and oil then mix up slowly.
  • Keep rest 30/40 minutes into refrigerator.
  • After 30 minutes, it will be ready to deep fry.
  • Cot ate the prawns with bread cream and egg.
  • Then deep fry until brown color.
