Ingredients:
01. Boneless Fish Filleted        1kg
02. Butter                                 2tbs
03. Flour                                  1cup
04. Ground White Pepper        1tbs
05. Lemon Juice                       ¼tsp
06. Salt                                    To test

Method:
Clean and fillet the fish rinse, drain water and dry with absorbent paper, season the fillet of fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice for half an hour. Heat the butter in frying pan. Pass through seasoned flour. Shake of extra flour, shallow fry on both sides, and presentation side first in clear clarified butter.

Dress neatly on oval platter cut lemon slices arrange one on each fillet, squeeze some lemon juice in clarified butter brown it and then pour over fresh.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley on the fish.
Serve with potatoes chip or boiled vegetable.
