Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients:
01. Potato                       1kg
02. Onion                       4pcs
03. Carrots                     200gm
04. Long Beans             200gm
05. Pepper                     ½tsp
06. Green Chili               2pcs
07. Bread Cream            To need
08. Coriander Leaf         ½tbs (Chopped)
09. Salt                          To test
10. Oil                            For deep fry

Method:

  • Potatoes, carrots, long beans boil first.
  • Mix above vegetable with coriander leaf and bread cream.
  • Make cutlet shape and deep fry.
  • After deep fry it will ready to serve.
  • Serve with tomato sauce nicely.
