Ingredients:
01. Beef (Boneless)        500gm
02. Soya Sauce              2tsp
03. Corn Flour               1tbs
04. Testing Salt             ¼tsp
05. Tomato Sauce         2tbs
06. Green Chilli             8pcs
07. White Pepper         ½tsp
08. Onion                     6pcs
09. Egg                        1nos
10. Oil                          For deep fry
11. Garlic                     1pcs
12. Salt                        To test
13. Sugar                    1tsp
14. Lemon Juice        ½tbs

Method:

  • Cut the beef into finger cut first then seasoning with soya sauce, pepper, corn flour, egg and salt.
  • Keep it for 20 minutes for seasoning.
  • Then deep fry the beef.
  • Put in a fry pan and put oil and fry onion.
  • Then add the fried beef and put little soya sauce, white pepper, testing salt and add the green chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then put tomato sauce.
  • Now Beef Chilli Dry is ready for serve.
