Ingredients:
01. Onion (Julienne Cut)    500gm
02. Black Gram/Spilt          100gm
03. Ginger Paste                ½tbs
04. Garlic                           ½tbs
05. Black Peeper               ½tbs
06. Brown Salt                   ½tbs
07. Turmeric Powder         ½ts
08. Chili Powder                ½tbs
09. Cumin Powder            ¼ts
10. Fenugreek Seed         ½ts
11. Salt                             To test
12. Egg                             2pcs
13. Flour                           ½Cup
14. Green Chili                 4/5 pcs
15. Lemon Juice               1ts
16. Oil                               For deep fry

Method:
Put the onion in large bowl then add all spice with onion and mix slowly then deep fry until brown color. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
