Vegetable Pakura

Ingredients:
01. Potato (Thick Cut)            250gm
02. Carrots (Thick Cut)          250gm
03. Cabbage                          250gm
04. French Beans                  100gm
05. Red Chili Powder            3tbs
06. Chickpea flour                1½ cup
07. Carom Seeds                 4tbs
08. Ginger Garlic Paste       ¼tbs
09. Oil                                  For deep fry
10. Salt                                To test

Method:

  • Mix all together nicely except oil and make ball.
  • Take a sauce pan and put oil into saucepan for deep fry.
  • When oil become hot put the vegetable balls and deep fry.
  • When the vegetable become golden color, take out and serve hot.
