| Vegetable Pakura |
Ingredients:
01. Potato (Thick Cut) 250gm
02. Carrots (Thick Cut) 250gm
03. Cabbage 250gm
04. French Beans 100gm
05. Red Chili Powder 3tbs
06. Chickpea flour 1½ cup
07. Carom Seeds 4tbs
08. Ginger Garlic Paste ¼tbs
09. Oil For deep fry
10. Salt To test
Method:
- Mix all together nicely except oil and make ball.
- Take a sauce pan and put oil into saucepan for deep fry.
- When oil become hot put the vegetable balls and deep fry.
- When the vegetable become golden color, take out and serve hot.
